Living Estate was recommended to us by a friend – an excellent recommendation! Mr. Schlatter accompanied the sale of our property in an extremely professional manner. He thoroughly informed himself about the property in advance and published an optimal presentation on various platforms. Moreover, he was always promptly reachable, so we were always well informed about the current status of the sale. Questions like "Who is viewing the house and when?" were followed by a quick response about how it went. We felt very relieved throughout the entire process.

We sold our property through Mr. Philipp Schlatter and are absolutely thrilled with the result as well as the entire process. From the first consultation to the final handover of the keys, Mr. Schlatter impressed us with his outstanding expertise, market knowledge, and absolute professionalism. He created a fantastic, high-quality exposé and structured the sales process extremely well and transparently. We particularly appreciated his honest advice and the fact that he completely took away any administrative stress from us. Thanks to his great commitment, the viewings went smoothly and the right buyer was found quickly. Anyone looking for a reliable, competent, and also extremely likeable real estate agent is in the best hands with Mr. Schlatter. An unconditional recommendation and a heartfelt thank you for the great collaboration!

Ms. Steffan was a competent real estate agent. She was very friendly and reliable and understood how to connect with us and the buyers. I can recommend Ms. Steffan at any time.

After long, sometimes tough negotiations, Mr. Imeroski managed to find the optimal buyer for my property. At the time of the notary appointment, all parties involved were very satisfied: win-win-win. That's how it should be. Thank you and continued success!
