The support from Mr. Steiner during the purchase of our apartment was extremely pleasant, helpful, efficient, and very professional. I can only recommend him as an expert.

Real estate purchase with the support of Andreas Meyer. Top advice.

Mr. Grünig from FREITAG IMMO has accompanied us for about 1.8 years in renting out our property in Büsingen. His flexibility and personal commitment were particularly positive. We also appreciated the straightforward communication, his good availability, and his solution-oriented approach. He not only took care of the pure mediation but also reliably accompanied us throughout the entire process – all the way to contract drafting and apartment handovers. I would particularly highlight that he stays engaged even in difficult situations and seeks a solution for all parties involved. Thank you very much for the pleasant and professional collaboration – clear recommendation.

Ms. Schillinger was very friendly to us from the very first contact. She advised us extremely competently and kindly, which ultimately led to the purchase of this apartment.

**All-Inclusive Package** A huge thank you to Mr. Meier! I entrusted Mr. Meier with my property and was thrilled. From the first conversation to the notary appointment, I felt excellently advised. I was particularly impressed by his market knowledge and honest communication. Anyone looking for a reliable broker is exactly right here.

Our experience with Gabriele as a real estate agent was exceptional. As first-time sellers and non-native German speakers, Gabriele provided us with diligent guidance every step of the way - from the time that we first engaged with him, through the viewings, selection of the final buyer, until the signing of the purchase agreement. We highly appreciate Gabriele's professionalism (conduct), market knowledge, and patience with us (as first time sellers), and advising us on the different matters with regards to the house sale process. He has an exceptional sense of customer-orientedness, which helped us in gaining trust with him quickly. I recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation.

We have already worked with Michael Marti for the third time – twice as sellers and once as buyers – and were extremely satisfied each time. Michael Marti impresses with a very personal, professional, and reliable service. His market knowledge is excellent, and his price assessments are realistic and well-founded. Throughout the entire process – from preparation to marketing and viewings to negotiations and closing – we always felt well accompanied. We would especially like to highlight his transparent and proactive communication. He is very accessible, takes time for questions, and always explains the next steps clearly and understandably. Everything is also very efficient and structured organizationally. In addition to his high level of expertise, we especially appreciate his friendly manner, his reliability, and the great trust he creates. You can tell that he truly cares about the interests of his clients. We can wholeheartedly and warmly recommend Michael Marti and would work with him again at any time.

From the viewing to the signing of the purchase contract - top competent and pleasant support from Mr. Guntli. My absolute recommendation. Thank you very much and please keep it up! 👏

The home purchase was very successful thanks to very friendly communication and consistently serious expertise. We are very happy that you were by our side!
