We had a very great collaboration with Hans Jürg. Since we also had to organize the handover of our business during this time, he took a lot of work off our hands. Hans Jürg handled all tasks for us, such as documentation, viewings with interested parties, clarifications with offices and notaries, up to the final processing. Once again, thank you very much, Hans Jürg

I received very good advice – competent, transparent, and reliable. The valuation of my property as well as the agreed sale price were adhered to exactly. I was particularly impressed by the great effort of the team throughout the entire sales process. I can definitely recommend the company without reservation!

Naively and ignorantly, I entrusted the house in Welschenrohr to Mr. Marti. With his enormous expertise and his clear and consistent manner, I immediately had a good feeling. While I was traveling for five weeks, I granted him power of attorney. The house was sold during this time, and everything was handled to my complete satisfaction. Even after the sale, he offered to assist both me and the buyer with any further questions or issues. I sincerely thank Mr. Marti and his wife for everything.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Anna Kobi and Kobi Real Estate. The collaboration was very pleasant, straightforward, and above all, on equal terms from the very beginning. Anna communicates openly, honestly, and personally, and you always feel taken seriously and professionally supported. I was particularly impressed by the passion and dedication with which she does her work. You quickly realize that it's not just about processing something, but about finding the best solution together and truly supporting her clients. Professional, reliable, straightforward, and at the same time very human. Thank you, Anna, for the great support and the very pleasant collaboration!

A challenging process is coming to an end: We sold our family apartment in a unique old property and bought a smaller apartment in "Bauhaus style" for our next "epoch" as a couple. What is needed? Urgently a realtor who combines sophistication with empathy and creativity with resourcefulness: Richard Kaser does this with brilliance, nonchalance, and intuition. With his charming wife, his dedicated son, and the creative Alexander Scheuner, we ultimately felt very successfully accompanied: We have found the property that now perfectly suits us and found a wonderful family for the old and spacious estate. We look forward to more great clients for you and are happy to remain connected.☺️

She impressed with her high level of expertise, her transparent communication, and her great commitment. Questions were always answered promptly and understandably, and the entire purchasing process was competently accompanied. Particularly noteworthy are her friendly demeanor, her availability, and her sensitivity to the individual needs of the buyers. I felt very well cared for throughout the entire process and can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Haas. Thank you for the excellent support and the trusting collaboration.
