Erich Bachmann sold our family home very competently. He took a lot off our hands. We only had to choose the buyer and sign the purchase contract at the notary's office. Erich Bachmann checked all the documents and is also assisting us with the property tax. I can only recommend Erich Bachmann.

A real estate sale is complex and emotional, but Tina Strausak supported me perfectly with great knowledge and reliable advice. I also had the impression that the potential buyers felt very well taken care of due to her friendly and professional manner. For me, an absolute recommendation for a thoroughly positive experience for all parties involved! ...just more than a real estate sale....

Best experiences, brief discussions, and that’s it. Prompt processing of the purchase agreement and payment of the purchase price. Thank you for the good contact.

Mr. Ak is very professional and reliable. I can gladly recommend him. I purchased a property through Mr. Ak and successfully rented several properties. He offers reliable "after sales" services, and he is strong in communication. Keep it up!

L.K. is a great and competent manager. Everything was perfect from A to Z!

Mrs. Messerli and Mr. Stoller conducted the sale of our apartment with great commitment. We were kept informed about the status of things at all times. The collaboration was very warm and focused, it was a lot of fun.
