Very good experience overall for the purchase of our house. The real estate agent was available and easily reachable throughout the process. The organization of the various visits also went very well, with good flexibility to find suitable time slots. The support was serious and professional. A few small points could have been improved regarding follow-up and communication at certain stages, but this does not detract from our overall satisfaction.
