Real Estate Agencies in Subingen (4553)

I was able to sell my apartment at the desired price through Real Estate Group Holding AG. My agent David Sahli provided me with competent and good advice. Through professional photographic documentation, my apartment was optimally presented. Viewings were organized early by Mr. Sahli and conducted personally. Thanks to his good communication, I was always aware of how the sales process was progressing. Thank you to Mr. Sahli for the excellent collaboration.

Since the first meeting with Neves, Stierle, and Horn, (we were assisted by Ms. Sandra Horn) one could truly feel the understanding of our sales wishes, the competence in market knowledge, and the experience for the execution from A to Z. The well-founded advice and the personal commitment at all times is not a matter of course. We are grateful for an unusually emotionally beautiful sales conclusion. We would definitely recommend Neves, Stierle, and Horn to all interested parties; you won't find better support in the real estate market.

Ms. Gerber-Cartier has a very professional demeanor. Communication was always correct and courteous (both in dialogue and via email). Questions were answered professionally and in a timely manner. If she could not answer a question directly, she clarified it shortly thereafter. The advice was neutral and, as far as I can judge, objective. Her service was to my complete satisfaction. She took over all organizational tasks (photo appointments, ad placements, viewing appointments, buyer negotiations, notary, bank, etc.). This kept my effort for the house sale to an absolute minimum. We even exceeded my expected selling price and adhered to the timeline for the deed as planned. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything. My decisions were always respected and implemented according to my wishes. For most decisions, I was presented with several options. Ms. Gerber-Cartier works part-time with fixed weekdays. A backup was always reachable. I can recommend Ms. Gerber-Cartier without reservation. It was a pleasure.

The decision to hand over the sale of our apartment to the company Remo Wyss was a good one. Even the submitted offer was enough to establish a basis of trust. The discussions and agreements were very professional and friendly. All promises and deadlines were met. We are completely satisfied and can recommend the Wyss company. Jean and Maja Perret

We were well accompanied for the purchase of our property.

Competent support, quick, reliable, and all requested appointments kept. Desired price exceeded. The entire sales process was excellent. Notary, land registry, payments, everything handled perfectly. I can only recommend Signum AG with a clear conscience👍😃

Ms. Linder was friendly, committed, and competent; she took care of all our concerns/questions promptly. During the viewings, we always had enough time, and the handover went smoothly and harmoniously. We can recommend Ms. Linder at any time!

We chose Keifer Real Estate because Gian Keifer made a very pleasant, competent, and professional impression and received consistently good reviews. And we were not disappointed! We were able to sell our house in a short time to an ideal young family for us. An absolute win-win situation.

We were completely satisfied with the collaboration. The purchase of our property was handled quickly, smoothly, and very professionally. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire process and can wholeheartedly recommend Helbling Immobilien.
