Real Estate Agencies in Kleine Scheidegg (3823)

Mr. Stirnimann has already assisted us for the second time with a real estate sale. He is extremely professional and factual. We are very satisfied and can highly recommend him.

Mr. Olivier has always been very welcoming while remaining very professional. Despite a busy schedule, he responded to each of our emails, questions, or concerns with great courtesy. The information regarding the apartment was clear and precise. He has always been available to assist us and adapted with great flexibility for the signing appointment time. We highly recommend Mr. Olivier for his excellent support throughout our real estate project!

First of all, I want to emphasize that Ms. Nicole Salamin received me very well when I wanted to sell my property. She is a person who knows very well where she is going to handle your file. Her statements are clear, and she knows the path to follow to successfully manage the entrusted business. An experienced person with great know-how in her profession or elsewhere. She is well acquainted with all the intricacies of her profession. A cultured person in more than one way. She can be trusted. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated her nature; she is a very pleasant woman with a very Valaisan spirit, willing and knows how to have humor when necessary. I keep an excellent memory of her. Best regards. Pierre Jaccard February 15, 2025.

As a buyer, I found the collaboration with Ms. Schmidli to be very pleasant and straightforward. The communication was always reliable and friendly, appointments were kept punctually, and we were warmly welcomed during the viewings – including coffee and cake. The flowers after the purchase was completed were also a lovely and personal gesture. Since the entire purchasing process went smoothly in our case, there were no major difficulties or special situations to handle. Accordingly, I cannot assess this aspect of the support. Overall, I experienced Ms. Schmidli as a dedicated, attentive, and reliable contact person and felt well taken care of during the purchasing process.

Excellent local expertise. The deal was negotiated to our complete satisfaction. All documents were handled correctly, on time, and without surprises. I can recommend their services without hesitation.

In May 2024, I purchased an apartment through Duss Immo GmbH and was accompanied throughout the entire purchasing process by Mirjam Heller. The collaboration was very pleasant, professional, and trustworthy from the very beginning. I would particularly like to highlight her always accommodating manner as well as her excellent availability. She responded quickly and reliably to emails at all times, so that any open questions could be clarified promptly. Furthermore, she communicated all relevant information transparently and openly. I always felt comprehensively advised. Through her competent support and commitment, the purchasing process was efficiently advanced. I would like to sincerely thank her for the professional guidance, transparent communication, and excellent service. I can wholeheartedly recommend the collaboration.
