We purchased our condominium off-plan through Living Estates and were excellently advised by Mr. Philipp Schlatter. From the first conversation to the notarization, he accompanied us competently, transparently, and always friendly. He explained plans, construction descriptions, and documents clearly, answered questions quickly, and we also received helpful support with financing. We particularly appreciated his honesty. Thank you very much, Mr. Schlatter, absolutely recommendable!

On the path that led us to the acquisition of our dreams, we had the chance to meet Mr. Eric Menoud and to benefit not only from his rich experience in the real estate market but especially to have established with him a privileged relationship based on trust.
