Zusätzlich brachte sie die über 50jährigen Pläne (z.T. unvollständig) in die aktuelle Form und stellte das Gesamtpaket ins Internet. Kommentar: Die Dokumentation war absolut perfekt und sehr sympathisch. Durchführung Frau Greber organisierte Besichtigungen mit Kaufinteressenten ohne unser Dabeisein. Immer wurden wir zeitnah über deren Verlauf orientiert. Kommentar: Mit absoluter Professionalität führte Frau Greber die Besichtigungen mit den sehr unterschiedlichen Kaufinteressenten durch. Wir unsererseits waren froh, dass wir durch das Fernbleiben während der Besichtigungen dem emotionalen Stress ausweichen konnten. Abschluss und Verkauf Frau Greber organisierte den vertraglichen Part mit der Anwaltskanzlei, der Kaufpartei und uns als Verkäufer bis zum Kaufabschluss.
