The collaboration with Mr. Ak was open, very professional, especially the listing of my apartment was perfect. I would gladly recommend Mr. Ak.

We received a competent, transparent, and independent assessment from an experienced professional. Highly recommended.

Mr. Bracher has fantastically supported us in his role as a buyer's agent. He was very dedicated, quick, and we could rely on him. Due to his professionalism and his friendly and likeable demeanor, we can recommend him 100%.

Ms. Gerber-Cartier has a very professional demeanor. Communication was always correct and courteous (both in dialogue and via email). Questions were answered professionally and in a timely manner. If she could not answer a question directly, she clarified it shortly thereafter. The advice was neutral and, as far as I can judge, objective. Her service was to my complete satisfaction. She took over all organizational tasks (photo appointments, ad placements, viewing appointments, buyer negotiations, notary, bank, etc.). This kept my effort for the house sale to an absolute minimum. We even exceeded my expected selling price and adhered to the timeline for the deed as planned. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything. My decisions were always respected and implemented according to my wishes. For most decisions, I was presented with several options. Ms. Gerber-Cartier works part-time with fixed weekdays. A backup was always reachable. I can recommend Ms. Gerber-Cartier without reservation. It was a pleasure.

From the previous collaboration on several sales transactions and evaluations, I can unconditionally recommend Mr. Bütikofer. The very thoughtful and coherent arguments and answers to my questions were enormously valuable to me as a layperson. The same applies to the notary he chose for the certification. Anytime again!

From the first phone call, we were served very kindly and efficiently. Even a spontaneous viewing of the property was possible. The purchase could be processed quickly and easily. The notary appointment was also organized promptly by Ms. Schönhofen-Knuchel. We can recommend Ms. Schönhofen-Knuchel's real estate office 100%. Thank you for the excellent support!

I can highly recommend Lukas Minder from Minder Immobilien. Very professional, transparent, and dedicated support from the first conversation to the handover of keys. The marketing was well thought out and targeted, and communication was always quick and reliable. Thanks to his negotiation skills, an excellent result was achieved. Thank you for the great collaboration!
