When assessing the value of my apartment, he presented a generous portfolio of information, including a comparative analysis of like property being sold in my region. This meant we were able to set the sale price at a reasonable and justifiable level. I obtained three other estimates for comparison, and none were as thorough as his. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted.
