We can recommend Mr. Trachsel and Mr. Külhan, both professionally and personally. We would have liked to provide our own photos for the sales dossier, or to receive more options from you. We thank you for your support.

When it became current with the sale of my mother's apartment, Ms. Brägger from the Bichsel Notary recommended Mr. Daniel Salzmann. After the first meeting, I was sure that we communicated well and I had the necessary trust. The valuation and listing were very professional and competent. After viewing appointments, we discussed the interested parties; my concern was clear that I wanted someone who would live in the apartment themselves, also because of the roommates in the house. It was such a good, beautiful neighborhood while my mother lived there. The bid was won by Mr. M Graf and Ms. B Zürcher, and they have since moved in and are happy. I can only wish that all parties find satisfaction in this. I can recommend Mr. Daniel Salzmann with the best of knowledge.

Competent, friendly, efficient, and accessible

We had our house sold through the company Käppeli Immobilien. We were very expertly advised by Mr. Käppeli and Ms. Kaeser throughout the entire process. They took care of EVERYTHING and always informed us competently about every step. The consultation was also very empathetic, as we were personally in a difficult situation, and we felt optimally supported throughout the entire process. We wholeheartedly recommend this company!
