A very good presentation of the property, with the necessary documentation.

Très professionnel, je recommande Monsieur Marmier pour son sens de l'accompagnement et son professionnalisme. Toujours à l'écoute. A recommander.

Selling was not an easy decision with Carmen, everything was done simply and with trust.

We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Gaedan invested a lot of time in the numerous visits, always with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. In the end, the conditions aligned and the property was sold to the right people. Throughout the process, Gaedan was able to adapt and bounce back. We appreciated his work, his regular follow-up on the file, his continuously renewed energy, and his positive communication, as well as his humor and friendly demeanor. We warmly thank him and will gladly recommend him.

Everything went very well. Christelle Bonnet did an excellent job presenting my house, which attracted several buyers. She was also very efficient in quickly organizing visits and she quickly received several offers, including one at the asking price, which I therefore accepted. Thank you again and congratulations to Christelle Bonnet.

I called on Matthieu Pires for the sale of my property and I recommend him without hesitation. Transparent and available throughout the process, he closely monitored the file and I always knew where we stood. An effective collaboration, thank you Matthieu.

We visited and purchased our new property through Bodinvest. From the first viewing to the final purchase process, everything went absolutely smoothly, transparently, and professionally. We felt well taken care of at all times and can wholeheartedly recommend the Bodinvest team. Thank you for the great collaboration!
