A big thank you to the IVAC agency for its professionalism, availability, and responsiveness in the context of a property appraisal. We particularly appreciated the quality of the work provided, with a serious, detailed, and very well-argued analysis. We highly recommend this agency and thank them again for their excellent work!
Mrs. Hugli is an experienced professional, very competent and discreet. All the steps of the sale were explained, and she advised us very well.
Arben helped us with everything we needed. This is my first purchase, and I have only been living in Switzerland for barely two years. I had many doubts and apprehensions regarding this purchase, but Arben helped us with everything we needed. Attentive, he responds quickly and efficiently and knows how to get straight to the point: when there was a problem to resolve with the owner, he took care of discussing it and resolving it quickly.
A very good presentation of the property, with the necessary documentation.
I am infinitely grateful to Mr. Marmier for his availability, speed, and efficiency in his work. Always responsive and very friendly.
Selling was not an easy decision with Carmen, everything was done simply and with trust.
We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Gaedan invested a lot of time in the numerous visits, always with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. In the end, the conditions aligned and the property was sold to the right people. Throughout the process, Gaedan was able to adapt and bounce back. We appreciated his work, his regular follow-up on the file, his continuously renewed energy, and his positive communication, as well as his humor and friendly demeanor. We warmly thank him and will gladly recommend him.
