I can highly recommend Lukas Minder from Minder Immobilien. Very professional, transparent, and dedicated support from the first conversation to the handover of keys. The marketing was well thought out and targeted, and communication was always quick and reliable. Thanks to his negotiation skills, an excellent result was achieved. Thank you for the great collaboration!

A real estate sale is complex and emotional, but Tina Strausak supported me perfectly with great knowledge and reliable advice. I also had the impression that the potential buyers felt very well taken care of due to her friendly and professional manner. For me, an absolute recommendation for a thoroughly positive experience for all parties involved! ...just more than a real estate sale....

We had the pleasure of being accompanied by Ms. Kim Tétaz for the purchase of our apartment, and we recommend her without the slightest hesitation. We signed the purchase in December and were able to move into our new home on June 1st as requested!!!! Throughout the process, Ms. Tétaz was extremely professional, available, and attentive. She guided us through all the steps, both with the bank and the notary, and always took the time to answer our questions. Her seriousness, efficiency, and kindness allowed us to experience this acquisition with complete trust and peace of mind. A big thank you! We highly recommend her to anyone looking to undertake a real estate project.

As sellers of the penthouse, we want to highlight the exceptional service of our broker. Her personal investment has been impressive from the start: she took the time to understand our project and adapt her strategy to our situation. Thanks to her wise advice and professionalism, the penthouse was valued at its best, both in its presentation and in the negotiation. Her rigor in administrative follow-up, appointments, and management of contacts with buyers allowed us to experience the transaction in a calm and efficient manner. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone looking to sell their property with an experienced, reliable, and truly committed agent.

An excellent experience with Séverine! As a buyer, I was very satisfied with her professionalism, availability, and kindness. Everything went very smoothly, from the first contact to the finalization of the purchase. She was able to support me and answer my questions effectively and kindly. I highly recommend her!

Angie Wuffli accompanied us excellently from A to Z in the sale of our house in Thun. From the very beginning, we appreciated her professional, reliable, and at the same time very personal manner. What particularly impressed us was Angie Wuffli's fine sense for people and situations. She quickly recognized our needs and ideas and, with her experience and understanding of people, significantly contributed to finding the right interested parties. In the end, we not only found a serious buyer but also successors with whom we feel good about passing our home into the right hands. This was very important to us personally. We sincerely thank Angie Wuffli for her competent and trustworthy support and can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Julia understood our expectations and criteria from the very beginning, which allowed us to find a house that perfectly matched what we were looking for. We particularly appreciated her listening skills, availability, and especially the relevance of her proposals: she perfectly targeted the properties that were likely to suit us, without multiplying unnecessary visits. Her support did not stop at the acquisition. She also provided excellent follow-up afterwards, particularly by recommending quality architects for our projects and remaining available when we needed her. We recommend Julia without hesitation and sincerely thank her for her help in acquiring our home!
