We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Gaedan invested a lot of time in the numerous visits, always with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. In the end, the conditions aligned and the property was sold to the right people. Throughout the process, Gaedan was able to adapt and bounce back. We appreciated his work, his regular follow-up on the file, his continuously renewed energy, and his positive communication, as well as his humor and friendly demeanor. We met Mr. Sébastien Maire during an attempt to purchase a condominium apartment. As buyers, we found him extremely pleasant as he presented this apartment in a very precise manner, emphasizing the positive points of course (without dismissing the weaknesses). What we particularly liked was that our visits were conducted without him heavily pushing the advantages, as many salespeople do so unpleasantly.
