We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Gaedan invested a lot of time in the numerous visits, always with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. In the end, the conditions aligned and the property was sold to the right people. Throughout the process, Gaedan was able to adapt and bounce back. We appreciated his work, his regular follow-up on the file, his continuously renewed energy, and his positive communication, as well as his humor and friendly demeanor. Rebecca is a very professional and truly friendly real estate agent. She accompanied us during two visits, always clear, informative, and with a lot of good humor, which made the process much more enjoyable. She was very available and responsive, answering my emails almost immediately, even outside of working hours, and connected me with an excellent notary, which facilitated the signing. And to celebrate the signing, she gave me a bottle of sparkling wine from Lavaux, a really kind gesture. I highly recommend her! :)
