Real Estate Agencies in 1895 Vionnaz

We had very good contacts with Mr. Yves Parvex and can recommend him to anyone who needs a real estate agent. Mr. Parvex followed our case very well, which allowed us to sell our apartment under the conditions we wanted.

Sébastien Grange had already sold my house in 2018 and I was already very happy with his great professionalism. Always punctual, he always presented my house to serious clients who were not just coming to visit a house but to buy a property. Then, this spring, my mother, following an accident, had to move into a nursing home and I called upon Sébastien again, who took care of the sale of her apartment. He created a very nice file that added a lot of charm to this apartment, although it was not very large, but nonetheless, in just a few days, he found buyers. My mother and I were delighted with his valuable collaboration. I can only recommend Sébastien because he is truly passionate about his profession and it was a pleasure to deal with a true professional. Thank you very much, Sébastien

Very good experience with Mr. Parvex for the purchase of our first property. We were guided and supported throughout the process. I recommend.

Mrs. Bulliard is someone who listens and answered all my questions. She supported me well throughout the process. I recommend her.

I sold my apartment with the help of Ms. Bulliard from the BCN Immo agency and I highly recommend her services. She was able to establish a relationship of trust from the very beginning thanks to her professionalism, availability, and kindness. Despite some unforeseen events encountered along the way, she was always present, responsive, and gave good advice. Her support was invaluable to me from start to finish. A big thank you for her excellent work!

Having engaged Mrs. Bulliard several times for rentals or sales, I have always been very satisfied with the services provided. She is very professional, available, honest, and always attentive. She also shows a lot of empathy and always seeks the most appropriate solution. I can only recommend her 100%.
