Real Estate Agencies in Wallenried (1784)

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Yves Parvex from Valimmobilier in Torgon, and I want to emphasize his professionalism. He was very efficient throughout our process, answered all my questions clearly, and was always attentive to my needs. I highly recommend his services.

I highly recommend Anthony! He guided us expertly during the purchase of our apartment, demonstrating professionalism and great responsiveness to resolve any issues. This is my best experience with a real estate agent. Moreover, his excellent English is a major asset, which is rare among agents in Neuchâtel.

We were very satisfied with Mr. Jonathan Epiney's services for the sale of our villa in Miège. This man, with great efficiency and exceptional professionalism, sold our property in record time. We can only recommend him and will not hesitate to call on him again for future purchases or sales. Bravo Jonathan !!!!!

Open Honest Direct Experienced Patient Friendly the best salespeople I have had the pleasure of meeting to date.

Excellent relationship with Mark. Very professional, he knows the real estate world perfectly, always very responsive and present when we needed him. He was a great support for our first purchase. Thank you very much!

We experience the collaboration with this real estate agent as consistently very positive and have already experienced it that way so far. From the very beginning, she convinces with her friendly, open, and pleasant manner. She is very accommodating, helpful, and always takes time for questions and concerns. Particularly noticeable is her high level of commitment and motivation, even with a more demanding property like our modern, rather high-priced house in a somewhat challenging location. Although this is her first sales property and therefore there are no previous reviews or references available, she works very dedicatedly and professionally. In doing so, she also demonstrates clear professional competence – one can tell that she has completed a solid and extensive real estate training. She approaches tasks in a structured manner, provides good advice, and always conveys the impression of mastering the necessary professional fundamentals. She remains solution-oriented, actively supports throughout the entire process, and brings a lot of personal commitment. Her positive and motivating nature makes the collaboration very pleasant. We can highly recommend her due to her personality, commitment, and professional competence and are looking forward to the further course of our collaboration.

Accurate property valuation. Clean and quick presentation and listing on social media. Dynamic support with the buyer and the notary. A sale completed in less than 2 months. Professional work.

Very attentive, receptive, and responsive. Easy and pleasant to contact, makes himself available to his clients and seeks solutions to any problems that may arise. Very good follow-up on files. Speed in creating a file and putting a property up for sale. Thanks to his work, and that of his assistants, our property was sold quickly. I can only recommend this family real estate agency and Mr. Grognard in particular.
