Mr. Babilon provided us with good advice during the sale of our property and maintained a good relationship between the seller and buyer during the negotiation phase. Our trust was confirmed. All parties felt fairly represented in the contract processing.

Ms. Gerber-Cartier has a very professional demeanor. Communication was always correct and courteous (both in dialogue and via email). Questions were answered professionally and in a timely manner. If she could not answer a question directly, she clarified it shortly thereafter. The advice was neutral and, as far as I can judge, objective. Her service was to my complete satisfaction. She took over all organizational tasks (photo appointments, ad placements, viewing appointments, buyer negotiations, notary, bank, etc.). This kept my effort for the house sale to an absolute minimum. We even exceeded my expected selling price and adhered to the timeline for the deed as planned. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything. My decisions were always respected and implemented according to my wishes. For most decisions, I was presented with several options. Ms. Gerber-Cartier works part-time with fixed weekdays. A backup was always reachable. I can recommend Ms. Gerber-Cartier without reservation. It was a pleasure.
