We would like to express our gratitude to Mrs. Cécile Duboeuf for her attentive and caring support throughout our acquisition journey. We particularly appreciated her great professionalism, availability, and listening skills at every stage of the project. Thanks to her commitment and the quality of her support, we were able to realize an acquisition project that we had been passionate about for a long time. We sincerely thank her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance in a real estate project.

I highly recommend this real estate agent! She has an excellent knowledge of the local market, which has been a real asset throughout my project. Her mastery of all aspects of the sale is impressive: every step was managed with professionalism and efficiency. Always available and attentive, she was able to answer all my questions and reassure me when necessary. Her commitment, responsiveness, and attention to detail really make a difference. Very competent, serious, and personable, I would not hesitate for a second to use her services again. An impeccable experience from start to finish!

We recently purchased an apartment through Mr. Boiteux. Throughout the project, he demonstrated great professionalism, transparency, and honesty. He always knew how to answer our questions, keep us informed, and support us with seriousness and, above all, kindness. Thanks to his work, we never had any concerns regarding the apartment itself: everything was clearly presented and explained from the start, which gave us confidence. A big thank you to Mr. Boiteux.

Competent, dedicated, and responsive real estate agent. Mrs. Probst accompanied me for the purchase of my house, from the first visit to the appointment with the notary. She was able to answer all my questions. A very pleasant collaboration.

Mr. Demace has been of great help to us. Professional, very available and attentive, knowing the market and his profession very well. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Mr. Demace

Everything went very well. We received all the answers to our questions with a lot of responsiveness.

My experience with Sylvie was excellent. She is an incredible person, humane, and very professional. It is refreshing to see people like her in this world. I recommend her 100%. She accompanied me throughout my purchase, from start to finish, and was very available. If you want to sell or buy a property, I sincerely believe she is the best. She is fair and has an incredible sense of customer contact. I want to thank her again for her professionalism and kindness. Therefore, I recommend her with complete confidence.

Rudolf Steinwender has my highest possible recommendation. I was introduced to him by my mortgage advisor, when he struck me immediately as discerning, judicious, and extremely well-informed about property and the current market. It was an added bonus that Mr Steinwender spoke fluent English. When assessing the value of my apartment, he presented a generous portfolio of information, including a comparative analysis of like property being sold in my region. This meant we were able to set the sale price at a reasonable and justifiable level. I obtained three other estimates for comparison, and none were as thorough as his. At a separate meeting, he brought a professional photographer to photograph my apartment; these photos were very sympathetic, and caught the grace and charm of the rooms without attempting any false impressions. The text accompanying the photos was also beautifully written, again fully appreciative of the building without distorting exaggeration. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted. Rudolf Steinwender thereafter dealt with the prospective buyers, with charm, understanding and tact. He also managed subsequent visits up until the signing of the contract. I had been very apprehensive going into the process, dreading both an agent's hard sales talk and visitors traipsing through my home. With his management, the whole process turned out to be an absolute pleasure, both for the seller and the buyers. Looking ahead, I feel nothing but delight that my apartment is going to such a nice family, and that the transaction was conducted with professionalism and fairness throughout, under Mr Steinwender's excellent guidance.

I was very satisfied with the support that Mr. Cozien provided me for the sale of an apartment in Montreux in 2025. I greatly appreciated his kindness, responsiveness, and efficiency. I highly recommend him.
