Real Estate Agencies in Granges (Veveyse) (1614)

I am infinitely grateful to Mr. Marmier for his availability, speed, and efficiency in his work. Always responsive and very friendly.

On the path that led us to the acquisition of our dreams, we had the chance to meet Mr. Eric Menoud and to benefit not only from his rich experience in the real estate market but especially to have established with him a privileged relationship based on trust. Notably through his dynamism, his proactive listening, his transparency towards us, and his professionalism, Eric decisively contributed to the realization of our project in Fribourg. A big thank you to him and his entire team for their valuable collaboration. With our warmest regards.

Excellent communication and perfect follow-up from start to finish. The preparation of the file was done with great rigor. Thanks to MAV Immobilier, the sale was completed with peace of mind. A big thank you to the entire team!

Thanks to Mrs. Ding, we had the chance to experience a very high-quality real estate sales process. From the first visit and throughout the exchanges, we particularly appreciated her great professionalism, her experience in the field, and her remarkable communication skills. In a sometimes uncertain sales context that raises questions, Mrs. Ding was able to convey confidence, serenity, and clarity at every stage of the process. Her support was always both rigorous, available, and deeply human. We also greatly appreciated her excellent knowledge of the region and the local market, which clearly made a difference in the relevance of her advice and the quality of her support. A huge thank you to Mrs. Ding for her commitment, efficiency, and kindness. We would recommend her without the slightest hesitation.

Arben helped us with everything we needed. This is my first purchase, and I have only been living in Switzerland for barely two years. I had many doubts and apprehensions regarding this purchase, but Arben helped us with everything we needed. Attentive, he responds quickly and efficiently and knows how to get straight to the point: when there was a problem to resolve with the owner, he took care of discussing it and resolving it quickly.

Selling was not an easy decision with Carmen, everything was done simply and with trust.
