Everything went very well. We received all the answers to our questions with a lot of responsiveness.

I loved working with Julien Burkhalter for the sale of my apartment in Bournens. Efficient, precise, proactive, and always good advice, Julien demonstrated great professionalism throughout the process. Our exchanges were always smooth, constructive, and enriching. But what really sets him apart is his personality. Julien is an authentic, open, attentive, and deeply human person. He knows how to create a true bond of trust, both with his clients and with potential buyers. A sincere and natural approach that makes all the difference in this profession. I recommend him wholeheartedly and warmly thank him for his excellent work. A great man, in every sense of the word, whom I predict a very bright career in real estate.

I had a particularly great pleasure collaborating with Mr. Monnier for the sale of my apartment, which went absolutely perfectly. I can only praise Mr. Monnier for his professionalism and above-average skills. Mr. Monnier is a true professional, as there are unfortunately fewer and fewer these days. Available, responsive, and precise, he has been a very valuable asset for me in concluding within a very short timeframe. I thank Mr. Monnier for his vision and accuracy in assessing market criteria and can only highly recommend him to those looking for this type of person to be accompanied with complete confidence. The sale of our building in Mézière went smoothly. Bastien was able to manage the file methodically and remained available when we needed him. The exchanges were simple and efficient up to the signing in April 2024. A reassuring management for this type of property.

Competent, dedicated, and responsive real estate agent. Mrs. Probst accompanied me for the purchase of my house, from the first visit to the appointment with the notary. She was able to answer all my questions. A very pleasant collaboration.

As sellers of the penthouse, we want to highlight the exceptional service of our broker. Her personal investment has been impressive from the start: she took the time to understand our project and adapt her strategy to our situation. Thanks to her wise advice and professionalism, the penthouse was valued at its best, both in its presentation and in the negotiation. Her rigor in administrative follow-up, appointments, and management of contacts with buyers allowed us to experience the transaction in a calm and efficient manner. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone looking to sell their property with an experienced, reliable, and truly committed agent.

Excellent relationship with Mark. Very professional, he knows the real estate world perfectly, always very responsive and present when we needed him. He was a great support for our first purchase. Thank you very much!

We were fortunate to be accompanied by Mr. Reyes for the purchase of our first property. He was available, attentive, and always gave good advice. Thanks to his professionalism and responsiveness, this first acquisition went smoothly. We recommend him without hesitation!
