Top-notch support, I recommend his services! Thanks again!

We can only recommend Emilie! She is professional, pleasant & efficient. The first visit to the property we acquired delighted us. Emilie never looked at her watch and took the time we needed. It was a pleasure to work with her.

We wish to express our gratitude to Mrs. Émilie Carnabucci for the exceptional support we received during the sale of our house. From the very beginning, she demonstrated professionalism, availability, and a perfect mastery of the real estate market. Her listening skills and advice allowed us to approach each step with confidence and serenity. We appreciated her kindness and sincere involvement in our sale. We warmly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

Emilie managed to find a buyer for my property, which had been on the market for a year already. The two agencies I had worked with before had not succeeded in presenting the house properly to clients. Emilie made a great effort to convince potential clients to visit the house and ultimately found a buyer. All of this thanks to her communication skills and her honest and credible approach. I felt the same quality during our frequent contacts and I had confidence all along that she would ultimately succeed in bringing the search for a good buyer to a successful conclusion. I can therefore only recommend working with Emilie; the support from the beginning of the project to the signing of the sales contract at the notary's office was exemplary. Bravo and thank you.

For me, it was a great advantage that Ms. Hügli speaks German/French. This was ideal during the sale of the house in the Canton of Vaud and the purchase of my new apartment in the Canton of Bern. I always felt well supported. Despite sometimes difficult circumstances, Ms. Hügli always looked for solutions.

We would like to warmly thank Mrs. Hügli for her efficiency and professionalism. The sale of the rural property of our family farm was an important and sensitive project for us. We particularly appreciated her commitment and her listening skills throughout the entire process. Thanks to her support, availability, and wise advice, the transaction took place under the best conditions. We wholeheartedly recommend Mrs. Hügli to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property.
