Real Estate Agencies in Ependes VD (1434)

Excellent throughout the visit to the sale and afterwards I can only recommend!

Before selling what real estate professionals call an "atypical property", I thought it would take time. With her magnificent work, Amélie was able to evoke the same "crush" that made us choose this house 20 years ago... and allowed for a very quick sale! A big thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

He recommended a visit to the property even though I was not very impressed by the listing. He was able to identify my expectations and needs since, in the end, I fell in love with the property. He was not pushy during the visit, unlike some of his colleagues. He simply let us visit the property, allowing us to envision ourselves there. I appreciated his naturalness and humanity.

Madame Carmen Batan is a person who has invested a lot in the sale of our house. She was able to highlight the strengths of our home very well and share them with potential buyers. Due to her experience, she was also able to determine among the buyers those who were likely to be genuinely interested in the property for sale. This saved us several unproductive viewing days. She competently accompanied us throughout the sales process until its conclusion at the notary's office. We know we can count on her for any questions in her field of expertise. She is a person who attracts sympathy and in whom we can trust. We can only recommend Madame Batan.

Apartment sale carried out expertly by Matteo Garcia. Very professional, competent, and efficient. He also takes very good care of the clients. Thank you to him.

We have had several transactions with Damien and it is a real pleasure. Everything is meticulously studied and this saves us from problems. I can only recommend this family agency of excellent quality. A big thank you!
