We had an excellent experience with Ariane. She demonstrated great patience and was always very available and attentive throughout the process. She was constantly listening to us, ready to answer our many questions and to help us, even on some aspects that went beyond the strict framework of the house sale. We particularly appreciated her closeness, kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism. We felt very well supported from start to finish. We recommend her without hesitation and sincerely thank her for her support and commitment.

We recently purchased an apartment through Mr. Boiteux. Throughout the project, he demonstrated great professionalism, transparency, and honesty. He always knew how to answer our questions, keep us informed, and support us with seriousness and, above all, kindness. Thanks to his work, we never had any concerns regarding the apartment itself: everything was clearly presented and explained from the start, which gave us confidence. A big thank you to Mr. Boiteux.

I had an excellent experience with CIR Group for the sale of my apartment, and I would particularly like to thank Nelson Longo for his support throughout this process. Nelson demonstrated great professionalism, excellent availability, and attentive listening. I particularly appreciated his kindness, transparency, and involvement in the follow-up of my file. He was able to accompany me with seriousness and confidence until the completion of the sale. It is very pleasant to be able to rely on such a dedicated person, who takes the time to advise and support you at every step. Thanks to this excellent follow-up, the sale took place under very good conditions. A big thank you to Nelson Longo and the entire CIR Group team for their work and commitment. I warmly recommend their services to anyone wishing to sell their property with peace of mind and confidence! Thank you again for this wonderful collaboration!

Our experience with Fabienne was very smooth. Attentive, non-judgmental, neutral, very available, handling the matter with professionalism, patient, following up with us if there was no response; our exchanges were natural and authentic. The sale went very well. Parking spaces often belong to a co-ownership and do not necessarily belong to the owner who highlights them in the negotiation, however. Should the agency verify the seller's statements?

We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Gaedan invested a lot of time in the numerous visits, always with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. In the end, the conditions aligned and the property was sold to the right people. Throughout the process, Gaedan was able to adapt and bounce back. We appreciated his work, his regular follow-up on the file, his continuously renewed energy, and his positive communication, as well as his humor and friendly demeanor. We warmly thank him and will gladly recommend him.

Throughout the transaction, Ms. Janick Steiner demonstrated herself to be a person fully invested in her work. She is a very professional broker, available at all times, who gained our trust through her listening skills and advice. We will also remember her warm approach, her smile, and her optimism. During the final steps with the buyers, we particularly appreciated her effectiveness in defending our interests and quickly bringing this last stage to a successful conclusion. We sincerely thank her for her quality support and wish her much success in the continuation of her activities. 5/5 T&M Karlen
