Mrs. Tétaz is an outstanding professional, deeply attentive to the wishes and expectations of her clients. Her solid experience in the construction field allows her to project buyers into their future property and to explain with clarity and transparency any potential work to be considered. Her honest, rigorous, and effective approach enabled the quick sale of our house, thus opening the way for us to new projects. A big thank you for her quality support and our best wishes for her future professional journey.

We bought an apartment in a superb building constructed by Codimmo SA, with the support of Ms. Tétaz. The quality of service and construction is impeccable: attentive listening to our needs, clear responses, and professionalism at every step. I recommend Codimmo SA without reservation, especially for the quality of their construction!

Very attentive, receptive, and responsive. Easy and pleasant to contact, makes himself available to his clients and seeks solutions to any problems that may arise. Very good follow-up on files. Speed in creating a file and putting a property up for sale. Thanks to his work, and that of his assistants, our property was sold quickly. I can only recommend this family real estate agency and Mr. Grognard in particular.

Magnificently professional

Xavier Raigoso is characterized by his competence, reliability, and transparency, his positive attitude, and an extremely friendly personality. He successfully assisted us in the sale of our villa. I can highly recommend Xavier Raigoso.
