Real Estate Agencies in Aïre (1219)

Negotiating with Mr. Knafo was a real pleasure, efficiency, professionalism, and empathy throughout the entire process of selling our house. We highly recommend the Nessel agency.

Adrien allowed us to sell our property with a magnificent future project for this house that we loved so much. He was able to respect our pace and was more than helpful. We loved his contact; he brought us clients who matched our values. I can only recommend this agency, which clearly stands out in terms of human and emotional values. Selling a property where we have lived important years as a family is never devoid of emotions. Thank you, Adrien!

We were very lucky to be accompanied by Sandra for the purchase of our house in Lancy. She demonstrated great professionalism at every stage of the process, with clear, rigorous, and reassuring support. Always attentive, she was able to understand our needs, anticipate sensitive points, and propose concrete solutions when questions or difficulties arose. Her availability and responsiveness made a difference. We also greatly appreciated the quality of the follow-up during the purchase, which is far from being systematic in this field. Sandra remains present, involved, and attentive, even after the transaction is completed. We recommend her without hesitation to anyone wishing to be supported in a serious, human, and effective manner in a real estate project.

From the very first contact, I noticed the professionalism and kindness of Sandra Vanhalst. With her expertise, delicacy, and attention to the smallest details, both buyers and sellers truly feel supported in what can be a very important life stage.

Marc and his team supported us from the very beginning of our property search through to the day we signed the contract with the notary. He was consistently available to answer all our questions, ranging from advice on which areas of Geneva to focus our search on, to detailed explanations of the Swiss property purchase process, right up to the final signature with the notary. His guidance significantly reduced the stress associated with what is otherwise a complex and high-risk process. I would strongly recommend Marc and his team to anyone looking to purchase property in Geneva.

Mr. Bertocchi is an exceptional real estate agent, always very attentive to his clients. Proactive, professional, and deeply committed, he makes every collaboration both simple, enjoyable, and effective. It is a true pleasure to work with him.
