As part of a project on a family property, we entrusted Mr. David Knafo with the sale of one of the future constructions. He was able to find the right buyer and, throughout the process, demonstrated great availability, attentive listening, as well as delicacy and responsiveness in each of our exchanges. If you are looking for someone who knows how to understand you, do not hesitate to reach out to him.

I was impressed by how 105 Immo was able to showcase my property, particularly thanks to some stunning photos. Caroline accompanied me with valuable advice that immediately put me at ease. Everything went smoothly, and the sale was concluded much faster than I had imagined. A simple and serene experience from start to finish.

When we decided to sell a property in Vésenaz, we turned to Sacha, rather than the big players in the market. His commitment, attentiveness, availability, responsiveness, mastery of the sales process, and control over all the parties involved in this transaction allowed us to close it exactly as we wished. Not only in terms of price but also in terms of duration. We did not regret our choice for a single second and highly recommend Sacha's services.

We were taken care of by the MDK team, particularly by Mr. Kerneur, during the sale of our apartment. He put together a superb file that immediately sparked interest. We clearly recommend this company that supported and advised us on many points! Everything was done with complete transparency, and our property was quickly sold at the desired price. He helped us with the negotiations and the processes that seemed complicated. Additionally, his colleague Mr. Rouiller offered us all the financial possibilities with their drawbacks or advantages in order to achieve our goals. He was available and very responsive and provided us with serious advice. He perfectly connected with the bank and the various parties that interacted in our negotiations. He made projections for us to clearly know where we were financially and explained all the issues. Thanks to this, we were able to make informed choices. Everything that had been demonstrated to us on paper was realized to the last detail. Simply thank you, gentlemen, for your help and professionalism! Family Rithner

On the path that led us to the acquisition of our dreams, we had the chance to meet Mr. Eric Menoud and to benefit not only from his rich experience in the real estate market but especially to have established with him a privileged relationship based on trust. Notably through his dynamism, his proactive listening, his transparency towards us, and his professionalism, Eric decisively contributed to the realization of our project in Fribourg. A big thank you to him and his entire team for their valuable collaboration. With our warmest regards.
