Mrs. Delessert is very pleasant, very responsive, and anticipates various questions, the work, and potential quotes. She presents the property with complete sincerity and honesty. She is very involved, both with the seller and the buyer, and always responds to messages (even late at night). She goes beyond her scope of work and willingly helps, even after the transaction is completed. We are very happy to have had the chance to go through this warm and human person to buy our house with complete confidence.

Elodie was appointed to sell our property. We were owners of a unique property... an old house dating from 1826 located in an agricultural area, along a county road... a property that we knew was complicated, even very complicated to sell. Elodie took the time to explain everything to us well, to set up what was needed to showcase it, she accompanied us, supported us in the sale of this house which for us was the story of a lifetime. Elodie was there at every step of a process that was difficult for us. Her tact and expertise were an enormous support for us and we thank her wholeheartedly. Without her and her knowledge, we would have had a hard time selling our property. She found the perfect clients for this house in which we had put all our heart and who will continue to make it thrive. We thank Elodie for all the work accomplished during these months which were complicated for us. We recommend her to anyone who wishes to sell their property.... Gilbert Hefti and Isabelle Bouquin very satisfied clients of Mrs. Delessert Elodie.

A big thank you to you Orlane for your investment and the work done for the sale of my apartment. Thanks to new ideas, market development, ad creation, and many other things in the real estate field, you managed to sell my little baby. For that, thank you. To anyone reading this comment, I can only recommend ATIX IMMOBILIER and Mrs. Orlane Grognuz Bertossa. She is a professional, smiling, friendly person who will definitely sell your property.

A very good experience for our purchase in Cullayes. Everything was clear and well followed up, which is really appreciated for a project of this importance :)

We bought a property listed for sale by Mr. Maturo and can recommend him 1000%! Mr. Maturo is a dedicated professional, very responsive, and knows how to listen. The most important thing is the trust we immediately placed in him, thanks to his honesty and transparency. He guided us at every step of the purchase, thanks to his market expertise and insightful renovation advice. We wish him great success for the future of his professional career.

It was during the deaths of our two parents that we met Mrs. Batan. It was a small house in the Savigny region and a 5-room apartment on Avenue de Rumine in Lausanne, with an unobstructed view of the lake. In these two cases, although quite different, Mrs. Batan was able to find, in her description of the items, the right words that make one want to visit in person to assess the situation. Then, with her efficient and discreet support, she resolved all the problems and smoothed out all the difficulties that inevitably arose. As a seller, I had to take care of nothing before the final signing at the notary's office. I recommend her without any reservation to anyone who wishes to sell their property in complete peace of mind.
