Our experience with Fabienne was very smooth. Attentive, non-judgmental, neutral, very available, handling the matter with professionalism, patient, following up with us if there was no response; our exchanges were natural and authentic. The sale went very well. Parking spaces often belong to a co-ownership and do not necessarily belong to the owner who highlights them in the negotiation, however. Should the agency verify the seller's statements?
