The windows are planned in thermally lacquered aluminum, with triple glazing of high thermal resistance.

Plastering works:

Subfloors:

Wastewater disposal:
Wastewater will be disposed of via PE and PVC pipes, diameter according to needs, into the municipal drainage system. Connection to the municipal manhole.
Rainwater from the roofs will be channeled, after passing through the sludge collector, to the municipal drainage (see hydrogeological report and attached water disposal concept). The water from the driveway will be collected, after passing through the sludge collector/oil separator, and disposed of together with rainwater.
Construction times:
Execution times can be estimated at 3 working months for general excavation works and raw construction, and 9 months for all finishes and external arrangements.
