The current owner intends to sell the entire plot. Despite the already granted approval of a construction project, its implementation has not occurred. This creates the need to develop a new project or to have it approved. A subdivision of the property can be considered at a later date.
In the case of a change of use, there are various options:

Access

Beautifully located in nature, very quiet and sunny residential area. The bus stop and a grocery store are just a few steps away from the building land.
