The plot is located in a building zone designated as Chalet Zone A according to the municipal land use plan E.C.V.A (Ecovets-Chesières-Villars-Arveyes) and as a residential zone with very low density 15 - LAT - A according to the future PACOM (Municipal Development Plan). Any construction project is subject to these two regulations.

In addition, the plot includes a large forest area according to the attached plan. The possible building area for a chalet is marked on the plan with violet markings.

Here are some of the rules of the two building regulations:

• The zone is intended for individual or collective housing, commerce, and crafts.
• The minimum distance between the facades and the boundary of the neighboring property is 8 m.
• The minimum size of the building plots is 1,000 m2, with one residential building per plot or part plot of at least 1,000 m2.
• The ratio between the built area and the total area of the property must not exceed 1/8.
