This secondary residence chalet is accessible to foreigners, thanks to tourist accommodation. It must be made available for rental and used by the owners for a maximum of 3 weeks during high season. It consists on the ground floor of four master bedrooms (shower or bathtub), upstairs, an open kitchen to the living room, a comfortable living area, and a guest WC. A marketing service for stays will be set up. For this purpose, a collective building with parking spaces, a reception and rental management office is planned.
A hotel service will be available to owners and a mandatory basic package will be offered to tenants, including snacks, care products, linens, bathrobes, bedding and bedding change, cleaning, access to wellness with pool, sauna, shower, toilets, solarium, parking availability, and tourist tax.
It is also possible to have a ski package, transport from Sion train station or airfield, full board via the restaurant "le Bois Sauvage", and the provision of electric bikes. An à la carte service will also be provided, including ski lesson bookings, equipment rental, home hairdresser, and babysitting.
