The ten two-family houses were built in 1894 as the first stage of the Meisterhaus settlement Neuhobacher. In 1979, the house was purchased by a construction contractor, renovated, and converted into a single-family home. The houses are declared as "worthy of protection" in the building inventory.
Idyllic, sunny, and centrally located, the house at Birkenweg 3 is a great find. A garage and a narrow outdoor parking space belong to the property. A small car can be parked directly at the house.
The garden is beautifully flat and easy to maintain. The surrounding hedge provides protection for the little ones, and a dog would also feel very comfortable here.
The house is a wonderful home for a large family. It requires some investments to bring the interior back up to today's standards for home ownership. Additionally, asbestos must be taken into account.
Anyone who appreciates an older house and wants to lovingly renovate it will find a wonderful property here with many possibilities. However, the outer shell must not be changed.
