In the southwestern part of the site, directly on Binzhofstrasse, six high-quality and family-friendly row houses are being built – three with 4.5 and three with 5.5 rooms. The sustainable construction with an elegant concrete base and a wooden structure above combines contemporary architecture with ecological responsibility.
The site is located in a preferred residential area on the sunny eastern slope of Lindberg. The quiet surroundings and proximity to untouched nature create a unique living experience. From the living areas and the southwest-facing rooms, you enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view. The front outdoor area is shielded from the street by a hedge and offers plenty of privacy.
The row houses have four floors, namely the basement, ground floor, upper floor, and attic. The basement has direct access from the underground garage. A spacious cellar and the stairs to the ground floor complete this level.
In the northeastern part of the ground floor is the dining area and the house entrance with a cloakroom, while the living area is arranged in the southwestern part. In between is the very spacious, open kitchen. A guest toilet optimally complements this level.
In the three 5.5-room houses, there are three bedrooms available on the upper floor, while in the three 4.5-room houses, there are two bedrooms. These rooms are oriented towards the northeast and southwest. In the middle area of this floor is the access zone and two bathrooms. Both are equipped with a walk-in shower. In the northeastern bathroom, instead of a second sink, the washing tower is arranged.
In the attic, which has a roof window facing northeast and in the southwestern part, a very spacious room is designed. The landing at the stairs, from which access to the room is made, is also naturally lit by a roof window.
The overall project includes, in addition to the row houses, the listed farmhouse in the northern part of the site, which is being carefully converted into five stylish rental apartments. The ensemble is complemented by a small multi-family house with five rental apartments, which is being built northwest of the row houses.
The building application has been submitted. Construction is planned to start in July 2026, with completion expected in June 2028.
