The single-family house is built in high-quality solid construction and meets the standards SIA 260–266 regarding earthquake safety. Unfinished basement rooms will remain in raw construction.
Windows
High-quality wood-metal windows according to project plans and color concept of the architect. In externally accessible areas, windows with security standard RCN1 are used, which provide increased burglary protection.

Roofing work
