The small farmhouse built in 1817 stands gable-end to Schmittengasse. It is constructed in mixed construction (base and gable side solid, the rest in simple half-timbering). The extension in 1851 was built perpendicular to it towards Dorfstrasse in full half-timbering. Both parts have simple purlin roofs, the older part with sliding elements and underside cladding, the extension with cantilevered beams. The main entrance is via a single-flight staircase on the south side into the raised ground floor.
The wooden porch of the extension was built in 1981 and the floor plan and openings of the ground floor were also changed, as well as the house entrances shifted.

Upon entering the house, one is welcomed in a small vestibule with a wardrobe, and one immediately gets the feeling of being in a house where people live together and many shared memories continue to live on.
Thus, on the raised ground floor, there is the house entrance with vestibule and to the right the dining room, which can also serve as another living room. Straight ahead is the elongated kitchen (in <>). Separated by a door, one reaches the laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) at the end of the kitchen, which, due to its size, can also be used as a generous storage or utility room. Through this room, one finally reaches the WC on the ground floor, or in the raised ground floor.
Via the staircase, one reaches the upper floor, where one finds oneself in the cozy and comfortable living room through the corridor, which appears very rustic with its magnificent visible beams and paneled walls and ceiling. Again, through the corridor, one reaches the wooden and rustic balcony, which evokes memories of a chalet in the mountains. On the same floor, one finds the parents' bedroom with two paneled walls. The bathroom with bathtub, shower cubicle, and sink is also on the same level, the WC is separately placed in the <> corridor. At the end of this northern corridor, one reaches another bedroom with much paneling on the walls and ceiling.
The two separate rooms, which face Dorfstrasse/corner Schmittengasse, were previously used as commercial premises and partly have shop windows and both have their own separate entrance, are directly accessible from the inside of the house and connected directly to the living area. These two rooms with just under 50 m2 of space could also be converted into living spaces.
The house has a generous, full-area attic (not insulated) and a generous cellar with partly visible masonry. The cellar is spaciously designed with various rooms and has a cooling room.

The house is located in the village center. Schmittengasse is quiet and only very lightly trafficked. With minor structural measures, this house is suitable for families who need enough space <> or for people who want to run their business from home but still appreciate spatial separation.
