5 1/2-room middle house in a family-friendly development
The Büel settlement, or Eiwog, is located on the northern edge of the village of Dinhard, on a gentle hill. The 51 houses are like a small village within the village. In recent years, a generational change has taken place, and people from baby age to over 80 live mostly peacefully next to and with each other; -).
The settlement is ideal for people looking for a "certain degree" of community. We (I live here with my family too) have 2 workdays a year, during which we maintain the paths and community facilities. In summer, we have already had cinema by the pool or a jazz evening by the pool. In winter, "Samichlaus" comes to the Chlausabig in the recreation room. Since the settlement is self-managed, we can save costs and have short decision-making paths.
The settlement naturally comes to life with spring and falls into a kind of hibernation after the bathing season and the last warm autumn sun, which is only occasionally interrupted. Especially when there is enough snow and the "Schlittelhoger" is in operation. Very rarely does our village pond, the "Ziegi", freeze over. But then you can meet almost the whole village there.
The offered middle house has been well maintained. Triple-glazed windows have been installed, and anything that was defective has been repaired or replaced. The bathrooms are still original - but work perfectly, and the kitchen is no longer the most modern. Personally, I would paint the house, replace the carpets, and at least renovate the kitchen and possibly the bathrooms. Otherwise, the house can be moved into without major renovation work. What needs to be done depends heavily on the expectations of the new residents. The house is ideal for a family with up to 2 or 3 children.
We would be happy to show you your new home during a personal viewing. Of course, you are also welcome to explore the settlement and our village on your own. The neighbors are informed.
