Absolutely quiet in the idyllic Grisons mountain village - in Lugnez, the valley of light - the two houses radiate alpine well-being.
The charming residential house from the year 1600 has been lovingly expanded and has three bedrooms with a small bathroom each on three floors, a beautiful old Walser parlor with a soapstone stove, and an open kitchen with a dining table.
In front of it lies the Luzihuus, a former stable that was used in the past as an inn with four extraordinarily cozy rooms, each with its own bathroom. The spacious and well-equipped open kitchen and the rustic living/dining area were operated as a restaurant.
A highlight for every aperitif is the wine and cheese cellar in the basement. The outdoor area impresses with a beautiful terrace with large stone tables, a shed, and a hot tub.
The buildings were renovated in 2008 and are sold furnished - a wonderful gem as a primary and/or secondary residence in close proximity to legendary power places and not far from the popular Therme Vals.
