The "Casa Selvini" is in a simply habitable condition. The building, built in 1582, has been renovated several times, most recently two apartments in 1960 and one unit in 1980.
The five-story house consists on the ground floor of the entrance, two large cellars, and the former restaurant. On the 3rd floor are the kitchen, five rooms, a bathroom, and a terrace. The house also has a large attic. A beautiful view extends to the east and north over the mountain slopes of Leventina.
Public parking is located directly opposite the house. The A2 highway is only 2 km away. Biasca is about 23 km away and Bellinzona is 40 km away.
