Two rustic houses in the mountains of Giumaglio in Vallemaggia

These two rustic houses are located 600 m above the beautiful village of Giumaglio, which can be reached via a steep hiking trail in about 1 hour.

The rustic houses are in a habitable condition but require a complete cleaning and inspection of the gas, water, and sewage lines. Some work will be done in the coming weeks.

In the upper smaller rustic house with a small balcony and terrace, there is a kitchen with a wood stove and a gas stove. A pull-out ladder also allows access to a small bedroom.
