The ancient patrician house is located in the nucleus of Moghegno and was built in 1679 and expanded in 1689.
The composition is as follows:
On the ground floor, there is a room that served as a kitchen with a large and typical fireplace, a storage room, a stable, and a living room where there is a natural stone pine cone that was used to heat some rooms.
On the 1st floor, there is a spacious loggia with granite pillars, 2 large rooms, one of which has a fireplace, and a storage room.
The 2nd floor has another 2 large rooms, and on the 3rd floor, we have the attic.
The building is located in a very quiet and sunny area, in an excellent south-facing position. The roof is made of slate.
