Description
This large property is located in a very sunny and quiet location above Bignasco in the hamlet of Cantone di Sotto in the Maggiatal at 580 m above sea level.
The property includes three rustic buildings in need of renovation and a large plot of land with a well. The buildings are in good structural condition but need to be completely restored inside. The two large rustics have two floors with the possibility of a small attic and can be used as a second home after renovation. The third (smaller) rustic is the former Grà and can be used as storage space. Drinking water can be connected to the local network. For wastewater disposal, a well must be created, and a photovoltaic system can be installed for electricity supply.
Outside, there is a large terrace with enough space to create a dining area with a grill and storage for tools.
The property includes a large lawn area with an outdoor well. From all sides, there is a beautiful view of nature. Numerous hiking and biking tours can be undertaken in the surrounding area. The village has a nice swimming facility.
The holiday homes are accessible from the village of Bignasco via the 2 km long mountain road. Here you can park your car in the public parking lot and walk 200 m to the rustics. The village of Cevio with all services can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The city of Locarno is 30 km away, and the A2 highway is 50 km from the rustics.
