Horizontal load-bearing structures: slab and floors of the first and second floors in solid reinforced concrete cast in place with integrated systems.
Vertical load-bearing structures: elevations of the ground floor and against the ground in waterproof reinforced concrete. Elevations of the first and second floors mixed in load-bearing Swissmodul brick sp. 18 cm and reinforced concrete.
Roof: visible laminated wood roof, ventilated, with 4 slopes and a 35% slope.
Roof covering in dark gray terracotta tiles. High-performance insulating package in double layer of rock wool 8+8 cm and upper layer in wood fiber 4 cm (U value roof = 0.14 W/m²K).
Fixtures: triple-glazed windows, double thermal insulation chamber, in PVC/white PVC inside and anthracite outside. Floor-level sliding door to the garden. Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation (Uw = 0.90 W/m²K).
