The chalet is situated in Mauborget, a charming little village on the Balcon du Jura, built in 1947, completely renovated in 1992 and refreshed in 2024. It can be used as a main residence or a secondary residence.
The location is ideal for nature lovers: hiking and cycling in summer, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter. 100m from the post bus stop (11 rotations per day to Yverdon), perfect accessibility is guaranteed at all times. By car, the city centre of Yverdon is about 25 minutes away and Sainte-Croix is 10 minutes away.
For horse lovers, two farmers in the village offer the possibility to rent boxes; and a large structure exists in the Cluds, 10 minutes away.
