This Maiensäss was built in 1902 as a sanatorium and served for generations as a place of recreation and retreat (agricultural zone).
The outdoor area is spacious and has a large seating area, a large garden and a fountain.
The current building fabric of approx. 184m2 cannot be preserved.
A building permit for approx. 240m2 has already been granted.
The Maiensäss is not listed in the inventory of individual buildings worthy of protection or preservation.
Remarks:
- Running water is obtained from the local source.
- Wastewater can be ensured with an underground tank. Connection to the public sewer system is to be checked.
- Current heat generation is done with a wood stove.
- Electricity is provided by solar panels. Possible alternatives would be pellet heating and a solar roof.
Access:
- You have public access to the Walserhus restaurant (summer and winter).
- Then you come to a private or Atzungsgenossenschaft "Hinter den Eggen/Kühalp" road.
- Access (to below the house, existing parking space) is currently guaranteed in summer.
- In winter, this access is possible with a paid winter service.
- Currently there is no permit for direct access from the parking lot to the house (c. 10 - 15 meters).
- However, the residents and the landowner are open to a constructive solution for a right of way.
