Rustic Valais house with 2 apartments on 2 floors and a cozy Carnotzet

Room layout of the 2.5-room apartment on the ground floor with approx. 40 m2 (NWF)
- Entrance area with built-in shoe cabinet
- Bathroom: WC / shower / washbasin
- Living kitchen with dining area and washing machine connection

The 250-liter water heater located in the basement supplies hot water for both apartments. The house is heated with electric direct heating. In the apartment on the 1st floor, the heating is supported by a wood stove located between the kitchen and living area.
The spacious and cozy Carnotzet in the basement of the house offers plenty of space for wine tasting and other festivities. The interesting and decorative halberds are also included in the sale price.
Both apartments have their own access.
Description of the "Art" barn
In the base of the building, there is a cellar room. The two-story block building above the cellar has been opened to the roof and transformed into a bright, modern space with new windows, allowing for immediate use by an artistic nature. Here, creativity knows no bounds. The former barn has a new insulated roof. The space next to the barn, which was previously used for the manure heap, offers the opportunity to create a herb garden.
Description of the "Craftsman" barn
In the basement of the former goat barn, there is a large workshop with approx. 29 m2. The ceiling is concrete. On the upper floor, which is accessed along the associated garden plot (see site plan), a spacious room has been developed that is still seeking its purpose. The connections for water and wastewater are prepared but not yet connected. The roof is new and insulated.
A passage covered with vines connects the two barns. In summer, wonderful, relaxing hours can be spent here alone or with family.
The annual ancillary costs for all units (water/wastewater, insurance, electricity, etc.) amount to approx. CHF 2,500.00.
