Construction / Type
The exact original year of construction of the classic wooden building with rubble stone walls is not known. It has been remodeled and renovated in various construction phases. Today, a mixed construction method of wooden frame, masonry, and reinforced concrete is present.
Installations
The wet rooms are in very good condition and up to date.
The electrical installations, as far as visible, are also in good condition and were officially inspected in November 2023.
The house is heated with an oil central heating system from 2006, with heat distribution via radiators.
